Check-in information
- When booked well in advance, driver-guide or manager will call or text before the tour to confirm tour and pickup location
- Please arrive and be ready for your tour at least 5 minutes prior to your start time
Restrictions
The Tuk Tuks have a 12″ and 14″ step into the vehicle, and a 5 1/2″ seat brace to step over or around. Those with mobility issues may find it difficult to get in or out of the Tuk.
Disclaimers
- Late arrivals may necessitate a lessened tour length
- Note: There is no refund for no shows or discounts for late arrivals
- Sometimes the tour lasts longer then the scheduled time. If you have a commitment immediately following the tour, please notate when booking and before the tour starts so the driver-guide can be sure to end promptly.
- Conduct Policy: Can I get kicked off the tour?
If our driver feels that someone is being unruly and disruptive and/or could endanger themselves or someone around them, that person (and responsible adult if a child) will be asked to leave. There is no refund in that event.
